What we never collect

We never see, store, or log your playlist streams, IPTV credentials, or stream sources. EPGPlay is a metadata service — your streams stay entirely with your own provider. We do not ask for your playlist credentials, ever.

What we do collect

Your account holds only two categories of data: your email address (used for account access, billing notices, and optional updates) and your channel preferences (the providers and channels you want covered). No payment details are stored by us — payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider.

How we use your data

Your email is used to authenticate your account, send service and billing communications, and, if you opt in, product updates and offers. Your channel preferences are used solely to tailor your EPG coverage. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve the service. This does not identify you personally and is not used for advertising.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your email is used only to send the tips and offers you requested. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can request removal at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us via the support link in the footer. We will respond and act on verified requests promptly.

Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active and for a short period afterward to comply with legal and billing obligations. Upon account deletion, your personal data is removed from active systems.
